I managed Interventionists at M.S. 180 Dr. Daniel Hale Williams and P.S. 105 Senator Abraham Bernstein, while also coordinating with teachers, faculty members, and the assistant principal. Moreover, I instructed over 20 students with diverse learning needs using differentiation techniques that depend on content, learning process, student-produced work, and the learning environment.

Senior Writing Tutor
I assisted over 200 students with their writing regardless of what stage they were in their writing process and within a variety of disciplines, while developing my own skills in writing, research, and teaching. I helped interview over 10 new tutors and provided onboarding for junior tutors with training sessions
